When do I need the End-of-Life Information Service?

Is someone you care about living with a life-threatening illness? Do you know or care for:

  • Someone grieving from the death of a loved one?

When a loved one is living with a terminal illness, you have many questions but few answers:

  • How can I get home care?
  • Who do I call in an emergency?
  • Are my feelings normal?
  • How can I get some rest?
