Hospices provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to help people with terminal illnesses to live at home or in a home-like setting as fully and as comfortably as possible.
The focus of hospice is on caring, not curing – and on life, not death. Quality of life, family wellness, community involvement and living in dignity are all part of hospice’s compassionate vision.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone – no matter where they live – has access to consistent, high quality and compassionate hospice care – for all family members – to help sustain them during one of the most difficult periods in their lives.
Please help us to continue our work by making a donation to the Hospice Association of Ontario. Your support is appreciated.
